Staying cool! – I want to let you how pleased we are with our Mitsubishi Air Conditioners. They are almost as good as the installers, Dexter and Kip, they did an excellent job. Dexter and Kip explained the installation process so I would know what to except. When they arrived they hit the ground running and didn’t stop until the job was complete.

Metro Mechanical  is very fornicate to have Dexter and Kip working as AC installers. I will share this pleasant experience with all my friend’s and family.  

If I require additional air conduction service in the future I’ll be sure to call Metro Mechanical.

Warranty Service – Although we spoke the other day, I thought it would be appropriate to follow up in writing. I wanted the company to know that first, your response to my HVAC issue was very prompt. Sampson was my technician. He not only assessed the problem but corrected everything in the same visit. In addition, ensured that the entire system was working properly, all vents were set to balance all areas of my home as well as he changed out my filters. Sampson was very professional, attentive and polite. He showed a genuine interest and concern of the issue and is very customer oriented. Please pass along my compliments and appreciation to Sampson as well as company management.

Incredibly Professional – The 2-man installation crew from Metro Mechanical was incredibly professional, did a terrific job and went so far as to protect my carpeting, and used great care moving equipment and HVAC parts in/out of my home. Most importantly, I would like everyone to know that Jason Hinton of Metro Mechanical is THE MOST professional, THE MOST knowledgeable and THE MOST qualified HVAC service person I, or anyone else, could have. He has been a trustworthy and reliable member of the team that takes care of my home’s equipment. Mr. Hinton is a model employee and others should strive to provide the high quality of caring and professional service he does. I highly recommend Mr. Hinton and Metro Mechanical.

Just a note – to let somebody know that Metro Mechanical just completed my Lennox AC/heat pump pure air installation with 3 zones. It is a fantastic system but most of all I would like to let you know that Daniel, Ricky and Roy were the guys that we spent our time with. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and ensured that I understood everything throughout the process. They all have fantastic personalities and their technical expertise far exceeded my expectations. They were also very honest and trustworthy and I didn’t have to worry about anything being taken from my basement or inside my home. They did not leave a mess or make a mess and nothing was damaged in the process of our extensive work. What a fantastic crew! I would recommend your company to anybody and you may use my review if you wish.
