Roy was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama. He attended Minor High School and Bessemer State Technical College. Roy continued his education becoming certified in HVAC and electrical.
Since joining Metro Heating and Cooling in 2013, Roy applies his nineteen years of HVAC experience and knowledge in overseeing our installation and service departments for our Alabama Location. Roy is committed to providing quality training to the install and service team.
Roy is a member of Bagley Church of God. He plays the percussion and is a fire arms enthusiast. He is also father to the world’s greatest children.
Jerime was born in Natrona Heights, PA and has lived in the Birmingham area for 3 years. He graduated from Kiski Area High School.
Since joining Metro Heating and Cooling in 2013, Jerime has applied his twenty years of experience to the installation department to ensure excellent installations of new equipment and 100% customer satisfaction. He is passionate about taking care of our customers and making sure he provides continuing education to support Metro Heating and Cooling’s vision. enforcement.
Jerime has a wife and two children. He loves bible study, photography and his Pittsburgh sports teams.
Mandy was born in Fulton County, Georgia and raised in Conyers, Georgia. She has been a resident of Conyers/Covington her whole life. Mandy graduated from Heritage High School.
Since joining Metro Heating and Cooling in 2011, Mandy has brought over ten years of customer service and administrative experience to assist in her Accounts Payable/ Receivable duties. Mandy handles purchase orders, receipts, invoices, permits and deposits. Mandy also assists in scheduling and dispatching warranty service calls for New Construction.
Mandy enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and four fur babies. She also enjoys shopping and hanging out with her friends and family.
Meredith was born and raised in Conyers, Georgia and now resides in Covington, Georgia. She graduated from Young Americans Christian School.
Since joining Metro Heating and Cooling in 2013, Meredith has become a valuable asset to our New Construction department. She helps with scheduling HVAC Roughs and Sets, permitting, and billing as well as scheduling and dispatching warranty service calls. She also prepares payroll for NC employees and sub-contractors. Meredith is also responsible for the back-end processing of all service and installation jobs for our Alabama office.
Meredith enjoys spending time with her husband, playing frisbee with her fur baby and reading.
Kyle was born in Indianapolis Indiana and moved to Birmingham Alabama when he was two years old. He went to high school at Pelham High School through the eleventh grade and graduated from Hopkinsville High School in Hopkinsville Kentucky in 1991.
Kyle was in the US Army for nine years and received an honorable discharge. He has worked in the HVAC industry since discharge from the Army holding jobs ranging from Service Technician, Manager to Outside Sales. Kyle joined the Metro team in March 2016 as our Home Depot Coordinator and is responsible for our in store Lead Generating process.
Hobbies include Bowling, Computers, Paintball and just living life to the fullest.
Dan was born and raised in Birmingham, Al and graduated from Pinson High School in 1974.
After graduation he entered the HVAC industry in 1974 beginning as an install helper and moving up through the ranks over the years holding positions including Lead Installer, Service Technician, Service Manager Advanced Duct Design Specialist. Dan came to Metro Heating and Cooling in early 2012 and currently holds the position of Warehouse Manager / Gas Line Engineer.
Dan has been married for 39 years and has two daughters and five grandchildren and enjoys spending his off time with family.
Michelle was born in Osakis, MN and moved to Birmingham, AL at age thirteen. After graduating from Erwin High School in Birmingham, Michelle held several jobs in the customer service field as well as office administration. She came to Metro Heating and Cooling in 2012 as a Customer Service Representative and currently is our Office Administrator as well. Michelle brings 15 years’ experience to our customer service team and office administration.
Michelle is married and enjoys the outdoors, crafts and spending time with family.
