Warranty Service – Although we spoke the other day, I thought it would be appropriate to follow up in writing. I wanted the company to know that first, your response to my HVAC issue was very prompt. Sampson was my technician. He not only assessed the problem but corrected everything in the same visit. In addition, ensured that the entire system was working properly, all vents were set to balance all areas of my home as well as he changed out my filters. Sampson was very professional, attentive and polite. He showed a genuine interest and concern of the issue and is very customer oriented.
